Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He refers to paragraph 3 of the petition and claims that the police complaint is a result of a counter-blast to the previous complaint lodged. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victims recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The two victims are aged between 8 years and 7 years. They narrate the involvement of the petitioner in details. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM(A) 1577 of 2022 is dismissed.
