Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Statements of witnesses disclose involvement of the petitioner in the crime. He has motive to commit the murder. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
