Under such circumstances, we modify the condition of anticipatory bail and direct in the event of arrest, petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

Other conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioners shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application for modification of conditions of bail being CRAN 3 of 2022 is disposed of.
