Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in dealing with narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

However, we direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
