Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on earlier occasions, the last rejection being on 19th February, 2025.

No change of circumstances having been made out, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
