1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 673 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas an application for amendment of plaint filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as also expeditious disposal of the said suit.

2. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that although the application had been filed as far back as on June 20, 2025 no written objection has been filed by the opposite parties as yet and the application still remains pending.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for

the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 4th Court at Alipore, North 24- Parganas to dispose of the application for amendment under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No. 673 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After disposal of the said application for amendment, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. CO. 957 of 2026 stands disposed of, with the above observations.
