We have considered the materials on record. Victim had implicated the petitioner in her suicide note. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
