Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction in disposing the petitioners' representation dated 22nd March, 2022 in connection with the benefit under SVLDRS, 2019 which was not accepted by the authority concerned on 19th May, 2020 as appears at page 20 of the writ petition. It also appears from record that demand notice was initially raised on 27th December, 2021 thereafter several reminders were given, this Court is not inclined to interfere with those demands and reminders and, furthermore, in view of the fact that the scheme in question is not alive at present and it has already expired on 30th June, 2020 which was further extended lastly till 30th September, 2020. Whatever may be, the position remains that the scheme has already expired long back

and petitioners' application was not accepted almost two years back and now petitioner has approached this writ court. Considering these facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the authority concerned may consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd March, 2022 in accordance with law. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the said representation for any claim under the said scheme by the petitioner.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.5966 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
