Petitioner approached the Court as the representation which was submitted on August, 2022 with the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District as well as the Officer-in-charge, Narendrapur Police Station was not acted upon. According to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner she has been thrown out of the house and till date she has been unable to enter the said residence.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is a family feud. To that effect, the daughter-in-law has already initiated a case being Narendrapur PS Case No.

404/2023 dated 03.05.2023.

Charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with the said case. There has been an ongoing dispute existing between the

petitioner and the private respondents. So far as the informations which were furnished has been reduced to GD Entries. However, having considered that the informations furnished are more than two and a half months ago, petitioner if faced with inconvenience would submit a fresh representation before the police authorities, particularly the Officerin-charge, Narendrapur Police Station. He would conduct an enquiry and thereafter communicate to the petitioner preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the information.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6377 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
