Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 06-07-2022 Subha Item no.40 Ct no.34 CRR 762 of 2008 Sri Akash Kar -versusThe State of West Bengal The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings of C.R. Case No. 530 of 2007. Records of this revisional application reflect that the interim order was lastly extended on 09-05-2008 till four weeks after the summer vacation of 2008. The said order was never extended. When the matter has been called no accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application which are mixed question of facts and law, I am of the opinion no interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 762 of 2008 is dismissed.
