1. This application has been filed by the respondent no.6 in W.P.A.(P) 118 of 2024. By the order dated 18th April, 2024, the writ petition was dismissed.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6, who is the applicant in IA No.C.A.N. 1 of 2024 submitted that there is a factual error in the order, since the respondent no.6 has not resigned but has been transferred.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 18th April, 2024 is modified and the sentence "Further, the learned advocate appearing for the 6th respondent submitted that the 6th respondent has since been resigned" is deleted and it is substituted with the following sentence:- "Further, the learned advocate appearing for the 6th respondent submitted that the 6th respondent has since been transferred".

4. This order shall form part of the order dated 18th April, 2024.

5. Accordingly, IA No. CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
