The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 43 of 2021 dated 22.01.2021 under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners approached this court at a stage when the investigation was in progress. The contentions advanced in the revisional application relate to question of facts. Record of this revisional application reflects that the revisional application was affirmed on or about March, 2021. The same appeared firstly on 15.01.2021, thereafter on 16.03.2021, 01.06.2021 and 04.06.2021.

The investigation of the case continued in course of the revisional application, which was pending before this court. The petitioners did not pursue the revisional application seriously and lastly it was submitted that talks of settlement was in progress.

No further information has been furnished before this court. Having considered the contentions advanced in the revisional

application, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the revisional application before this court is unwarranted. Petitioners would be at liberty to canvass the point agitated in the revisional application at the stage of the consideration of the charges provided no settlement has taken place between the parties. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 744 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
