Mr. Rabindranath Mahato ....... for the petitioner Mr. Shamim Ul Bari ........ for the State The matter has appeared at the instance of the Court No. 22 04.7.2022 (Item No. 1) (AB) parties pointing out certain typographical errors in the judgment and order dated June 29, 2022.
Mr. Rabindranath Mahato, learned advocate appears for the petitioner.
Mr. Shamim Ul Bari, learned advocate appears for the respondents.
On consensus the following typographical errors are being corrected.
In the first paragraph in the first line in place of "January 25, 1961" the same should be corrected and read as "November 24, 1960".
In paragraph No. 2 last line the figure should be corrected and read as "Rs.1390-2970/-" in place of "Rs.390-2970/-".
In paragraph 5 at page 3 the number of notification should be corrected and read as "O/B" in place of "O1B" and in the 4th line thereof the
arithmetical figure should be corrected and read as "Rs.360-815/-" in place of "Rs.300-685/-".
In paragraph 9 at page 6 of the order the last entry should be corrected and read as 6. Government order dated March 7, 1990 under which the said clause 7(ii) must feature.
In paragraph 17 at page 10 in the 10th line from the top the second word "lower" should be corrected and read as "higher".
In paragraph 20 at page 11in the first line "1961"should be corrected and read as "1960". The aforesaid corrections were made in presence of the learned advocates for the parties and should be incorporated in the judgment and order dated June 29, 2022.
The other portions of the said judgment and order shall remain unchanged.
