The petitioners allege violation of the direction passed in the order dated September 20, 2022. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors intimating that the matter will appear in the list on February 1, 2024.

Let an additional copy of the contempt application be served upon Mr. Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate who is present in Court and who usually represents the Howrah Municipal Corporation before this Court.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor to comply the direction passed by the Court.
