4. The instant writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to provide electricity supply after installing new electricity meter in premises situated at 25L/1B, Salimpur Road, Kolkata -700031.

5. Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this case, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant case.

6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition being WPA 4696 of 2010 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

7. Consequently, the application, if any, is thus disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties taking all legal formalities.
