1. Petitioner is unable to arrange local surety. Hence, he was not enlarged on bail.

2. Accordingly, we direct petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of learned Judge Special Court under NDPS Act cum learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

3. Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.

4. C.R.A.N 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
