1. The Doctor is present before us. He has gone through the prescriptions. He has said in presence of the parties that according to his diagnosis, the appellant required bed rest of one month.

2. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 23rd February, 2022.

3. Leave has already been given to the petitioner/appellant to approach the authority with proper documents.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the appeal and the application are disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. The original certificates produced by the Doctor upon perusal are returned to the Doctor.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
