According to Mr. Sur, learned advocate for the State, the warrant of arrest till date has not been executed. In case, the petitioner surrenders by 30.11.2023, the learned trial court would check the records of the case and if she was earlier on bail, she may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. In the alternative, the learned Magistrate would consider the application for bail in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 991 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
