Mr. Varun Kothari Mr. Biswajit Chowdhury ... for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of the injunction application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC is the ultimate relief sought for in this revision. Admittedly, the suit has been instituted in the year 2022. The only contention expressed by the learned advocate for the petitioners is the delay caused against the disposal of temporary injunction application, for the adjournments being granted on the prayer of the defendants/opposite parties.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 8th Court, Alipore in Title Suit No.272 of 2022 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the temporary injunction application without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. While

endeavouring such exercise an opportunity of hearing must be ensured to both the parties.

Petitioners are directed to communicate this order to the learned court below as well as the learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties and the opposite parties.

With these observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.
