Although the appeal should have been classified as a regular first appeal, since it arises against a deemed decree of rejection of plaint, since the appeal, in any event, is not maintainable in this court due to lack of pecuniary jurisdiction, FMAT 90 of 2025 is dismissed for lack of pecuniary jurisdiction with liberty to the appellants to prefer an appropriate appeal before the competent court having jurisdiction.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the appellants is granted leave to take back the certified copy of the impugned judgment and deemed decree upon furnishing a photocopy of the same for the records.

No order as to costs.
