The instant application for cancellation of bail is pending since 2014. During last seven years the petitioner never approached this Court for hearing of the matter. Today also the petitioner remains absent.

In view of such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not seriously willing to proceed with the instant application and accordingly the instant application is dismissed.
