Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. The other coaccuseds were enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the fact that the police case is of 2016 and that the petitioner is absconding for six years. Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 1582 of 2022 is dismissed.
