1. It is submitted that the concerned Treasury Officer has not yet been released the pension.

2. The Treasury Officer, Tamluk shall ensure release of pension to the petitioner's bank account forthwith. If not done, he will appear before this court virtually on the adjourned date.

3. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the notification for payment of pension to unmarried and widowed daughters came into force in 2008.

4. Let pension be released to the petitioner with effect from 6.3.2008.

5. List the matter on Friday week (09.08.2024).

6. In the order dated 19th July, 2024 the names of the learned advocates for the petitioner stands corrected and to be read as follows:
