We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits earlier. There are ample materials connecting him with the crime. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
