This is an application filed by the petitioner for leave to apply for settling the dispute.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Act, 1999.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Disputes) Act, 1999. Consequently the application, being IA No. CAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
