1. Learned lawyer for the petitioner contends that his client had not been heard and bail had been granted without considering the gravity of the offence. He prays for cancellation of bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State produces the deposition of the victim.

3. Learned lawyer for the opposite party no. 2-accused also opposes the bail prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record including the deposition of the victim PW1. She deposed she had fallen in love with the opposite party no.2- accused and they had eloped.

5. In this background we are of the opinion no worthwhile purpose would be served in cancelling the bail of the opposite party no. 2-accused.

6. The application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.

7. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
