And In Re : State of West Bengal ..... petitioner Nobody appears.

Order dated 08.02.2018 granting bail to the opposite party no. 2 has been assailed. Opposite party no. 2 was a Director of the petitioner's company. After his resignation from the company the case was registered against him. He was in custody for a considerable period of time. Under such circumstances, opposite party no. 2 was released on bail. We find no reason to interfere with the order granting bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, application is dismissed.
