1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates.

2. On a careful perusal of materials on record. It is seen that allegation against all the petitioners relates to Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Apparently, as it prima facie appears that the case has been mentioned, this Court finds that this is not a fit case to warrant the benefit of Section 482(2) of the BNSS in favour of the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
