The petitioner prays for arrears that have accrued to him and have been paid pursuant to order dated 18.03.2014 passed in W. P. No.

12456 (W) of 2010 by a Co-ordinate Bench.

The respondents submits the petitioner has been paid Rs.3,62,452/- as a first instalment and a sum of Rs.50,385/- as second instalment.

The petitioner submits that his arrears would exceed Rupees Six lakhs.

No particulars of any such amount has been mentioned in the writ petition.

In those circumstances, the instant writ petition must fail and is dismissed.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to file afresh indicating the full details and particulars of his claim for dues after applying all revisions and other service benefits. There will be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
