The petitioners pray for a direction on the Bank to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 21st February, 2022 in relation to handing over the deed of mortgage which presently in the custody of the Bank. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the Bank is ready to handing over the title deed to the petitioners on the condition that the petitioners are able to satisfy that the two accounts of the petitioner no.2's wife and company, in which the petitioner no.2 is the proprietor, are separate and independent accounts. Counsel submits that the Bank is ready to meet the petitioners and ascertain this fact.

After hearing learned counsel and considering the prayers of the writ petition, W.P.A.6010 of 2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners of approaching the Bank and directing the Bank to hear the petitioners

on the issues raised before this court. The petitioners shall give advance notice of 48 hours to the Bank and the meeting shall be on a mutually convenient date. The Bank will communicate its decision to the petitioners within a week from the date on which the decision is taken.
