04.11.2024 Item. 125 BR CO 825 of 2024 Parbati Singh nee Khelawan -vs- Ratan Patra The present civil revision has been preferred against an order dated 6.4.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Sealdah in Title Suit No. 149 of 2020.

By the said order under challenge the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) has been pleased to reject the application filed by the defendant on 6.12.2021 challenging the maintainability of the suit considering that the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) is an appealable order.
