The petitioners by the present writ petition are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the police authorities to assist the petitioners to implement the order of the Learned Additional District Judge at Alipore in Misc. Appeal No. 198 of 2018.

The prayer of the petitioners is wholly misconceived. WPA 5045 of 2020 is dismissed as not maintainable. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
