The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the hearing of the case and therefore, want to not press the instant revisional application. The learned advocate for the CBI submits that the lower court be permitted to proceed in accordance with law. Since the petitioners do not want to proceed with the hearing of the instant revisional application, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court for information and necessary action.
