Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties. Even on earlier occasions no one represented the petitioner. No accommodation sought for This case is pertains to year 2018 The petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of proceeding of GR Case No. 1069 of 2018 under Sections 420/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Barrackpore which arose out of Belgharia P.S. Case No. 142 dated 23rd February, 2018. In spite of filing the case in the year 2018 nobody interested to turn up while

matter called on. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 848 of 2018 is, thus, dismissed for default. Consequently, CRAN 2 of 2019 (Old No. CRAN 1650 of 2019) is also disposed of. Interim order, if any , be vacated. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
