Mondal Mr. Sougata Mitra ..for the state Ms. Ankita Dey Mr. Anubrata Dey ..for the respondent secured creditor is before the Court complaining that an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is yet to be considered and decided by the District Magistrate.

The state and the private respondents are represented.

It is contended that on behalf of the private respondents that an approach was made for negotiated settlement.

Apparently there is no settlement between the bank and the debtor.

The respondent no. 2 will dispose of the application of the petitioner within seven days from date.

WPA 7187 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
