The affidavit-of-service filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner claims compassionate employment on account of the death of her mother, who was a Sahayika at Balichatra Sishu Siksha Kendra in Malibari, District - Murshidabad. Her mother died on 10th May, 2020.

Since benefit of compassionate employment of Sahayikas, who are engaged under the Sishu Shiksha Kendra in the State under the Sarba Shiksha Mission, is not there no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

However, if the petitioner makes any application for any benefits that her mother was entitled to receive either while in engagement or upon death, the

Authority may consider the same in accordance with law.

The writ petition is hereby disposed of without any further order.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified Photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
