The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the illegal and unlawful installation of a transformer close to the premises of the petitioner.

The respondent WBSEDCL is represented and submits that the said transformer was installed as far back as 25 years ago, which is not disputed by the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the transformer had been installed 25 years ago, there is no scope of passing any order in this petition. The claim of the petitioner appears to be belated and an afterthought.

WPA 7194 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
