Records reflect that the bail has already been cancelled by an order dated 24th November, 2023 by the learned Judge, Special Court-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhaman.

Having regard to the manner in which the liberty was misused by the present petitioner and the petitioner left the court prior to the order being passed, I am of the view that the State should execute the harsher process of law in view of the substantive offences under which charge-sheet has been filed under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 and CRR 1014 of 2024 are dismissed.
