No.17 02.05.2022 the school has forwarded the transfer application to the District Inspector of Schools and the school has intimated today that the said application is lying with the concerned D. I. I have not checked the veracity of the statement. However, I direct the concerned D. I. of Schools to forward the said application to the School Service Commission by tomorrow if not already done and the School Service Commission is directed to take appropriate steps for transfer of the teacher if she is otherwise eligible within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
