State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Subir Ganguly Mr. Goutam Kumar Mitra .... For the petitioner Mr. Raja Saha Mr. Debasish Ghosh .... For the State Affifdavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is kept on record.

Heard Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the missing lady and her son had already been recovered and the statement of the lady had also been recorded under Section 164 of the Code. The reports as filed earlier, are already on record. Considering the fact that the missing lady and her minor son had already been recovered, we are of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
