Ld. Advocate for the respondent no. 1 Mr. Bhattacharjee referred before this court, the solemn order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 18.03.25 and prays for passing necessary order as regards the present status of this appeal.

The order, referred by the Ld.

Advocate for the respondent, passed on 18.03.25 delineated as follows: "in the above, the paper books are not filed within four weeks from date, the appeal shall stands dismissed."

The office concerned has submitted a report being prepared on 15.05.25 wherein it is stated that paper books in connection with the instant appeal have not been filed as yet till 01.30 P.M.

The fact as stated above, depicts that the appellant did not comply the direction of the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.03.25 by submitting the paper book.

Consequence of non-compliance of the said direction has already been noted in the solemn order.

Accordingly, the office is directed to take follow up steps as regards noting of disposal of this appeal in CIS and relevant registers.
