Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for transfer on the ground that he is physically handicapped. His legs have been completely amputed. He submits that his client has 70 % disability. In such circumstances, the School Service Commission shall dispose of the petitioner's application for transfer by accommodating him in any of the three schools chosen by the petitioner mandatorily and positively within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A.

No.6030 of 2022 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
