The petitioners allege violation of the direction passed in the order dated 7th May, 2024.

The petitioners are directed to serve copy of the contempt application upon the contemnors intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 11th June, 2026.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the contemnors to comply the direction passed by the Court.

Leave is granted to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners to implead the new incumbent as respondent in the contempt application and serve copy of the contempt application upon the added respondent.

Learned advocate for the contemnor no.1 submits, upon instruction that, the order passed by the Court has been complied with.

Let an affidavit of compliance to this effect be filed on the returnable date.
