This is an application for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.621 of 2013. It appears that the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is also pending and ad interim maintenance has been allowed. The petitioner submits that dates have been fixed for recording evidence-in-chief.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to expedite the hearing of the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and also to expedite the hearing of the Matrimonial Suit No.621 of 2013 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur.

The learned court below is requested to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No.621 of 2013 along with all pending applications within a period of one year from date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary

adjournments to either of the parties and to proceed independently in accordance with law. The petitioner should go on paying the maintenance as directed by the court. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties.

The petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
