This court is of the view that the order dated 04.03.2022 was passed on the basis of the submissions of the counsel for the petitioners.

There is no error apparent on the face of the record. There is no new material hitherto unavailable to the petitioner that has been produced now.

Refusal of prayers made in the writ petition cannot be a ground to entertain a review application.

In those circumstances, RVW 59 of 2022 is dismissed. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
