This is an application for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.116 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil judge, Junior Division at Bidhannagar.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits by referring to the order sheet that the suit is being dragged by the defendants. The last order annexed to the order sheet however reflects that the service was not complete. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that as per his information the suit is now ready as regards service.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the parties and without making observation with regard to the stage of the suit as regard service, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to hear out the suit expeditiously along with all pending applications on those that may be filed, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve copies of this revisional application along with server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parities and the learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
