Authorities The present writ application has been preferred against an order dated 27.09.2023 passed in appeal being EPFA No. 05 of 2015 passed by the Presiding Officer CGIT-cum-Labour Court, Asansol.

The petitioner/EPF authority being aggrieved with the said order on the ground that the CGIT has sent the case on remand to be heard in the light of the observation of the CGIT has preferred the writ application.

It appears from the order under challenge that the learned CGIT has specifically stated the reasons and grounds for remanding the matter to the authorities in paragraph 12 to 19 of the order under challenge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a time frame may be given so that the respondents herein cannot delay the matter before the authority. Considering the submissions of the learned counsels for the parties and the materials on record

the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the authority concerned to whom the matter has been remanded shall make all endevour to dispose of the case as per observation and direction of the CGIT on hearing the parties within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
