It would appear from the order dated 25.2.2013 that the petitioner was directed to serve a copy of the application upon the opposite parties by Speed Post with A/D within three weeks and file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.

But no step has been taken in compliance of the said order.

Therefore, the application being CO 587 of 2017 is dismissed for default.
