Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities on 06.03.2025 no steps have been taken by the police authorities. Learned advocate further submits that he is unable to enter his residence because of the atrocities inflicted by respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6 and 7 denies and disputes the accusations and submits that there has been no interference in the life of the petitioner and it is the petitioner who intends to grab the property of the respondents.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already FIR has been registered in connection with Bagnan police station case no. 174/25 dated 22.03.2025. So far as the police authorities are concerned they have

taken appropriate steps in consonance to the provisions of law.

Petitioner further prays that the Court may pass necessary directions for the petitioner to enter his residence.

To that effect petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Civil Court. If the jurisdictional Civil Court passes any direction upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order. With the aforesaid observations WPA 6311 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
