This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiffs in Title Suit No.151 of 2013 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Howrah praying for expeditious disposal of the said title suit. It is submitted that no interlocutory application is pending. It is also submitted that the cross-examination of the DW was completed in full thereafter, the plaintiffs' witness was recalled for further evidence.

Under such circumstances, taking note of the age of the suit and the stage of suit, this Court is of the opinion that justice would be sub-served, if the learned Court below is directed to dispose of the title suit within a period of six months from the next date fixed.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the suit and the learned Court below shall proceed in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioners is directed to serve copies of this revisional application upon the opposite parties along with a server copy of this order immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
